SoraShorts provides a Sora 2 prompt generation tool that helps users create professional prompts for video generation. Our service includes both free and paid tiers with different credit allocations.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Credit System and Billing

Credit Usage

• Our service operates on a credit-based system
• Each prompt generation consumes exactly 1 credit
• Free accounts receive 10 credits upon registration
• Pro accounts receive 3,000 credits monthly

Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.90
• Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violating any intellectual property or other rights
• Spamming or excessive automated usage
• Any activity that could harm or overload our systems

Intellectual Property

SoraShorts and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Generated Content

• You retain full ownership of any prompts or content you create using our service
• We do not claim ownership over your generated prompts
• We do not store or retain your generated prompts on our servers

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or technical difficulties

Privacy and Data

• We do not store or retain the prompts you generate
• Your generated content is processed in real-time and not saved
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any generated prompts will produce specific results in Sora 2

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoraShorts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
