Description of Service

SoraShorts provides a Sora 2 prompt generation tool that helps users create professional prompts for video generation. Our service includes both free and paid tiers.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Spamming or excessive automated usage
• Violating any intellectual property or other rights

Credits and Usage

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each prompt generation consumes one credit. Free accounts receive 10 credits, and Pro accounts receive 1,500 credits monthly.

Billing and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.90. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

SoraShorts and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any prompts or content you create using our service. We do not claim ownership over your generated prompts.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoraShorts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
